        miniDSP Flex HT + UMIK-1 Bundle 8x8 unbalanced SHARC DSP and calibrated USB measurement microphone bundle

         

         

        The miniDSP Flex HT is a highly flexible 8x8 processor for modern home audio and home theater systems. Its 32-bit floating-point Analog Devices SHARC DSP core runs at up to 400 MHz, while the XMOS USB audio processor supports multichannel USB streaming up to 7.1. HDMI eARC/ARC input supports multichannel PCM audio, making it suitable for systems where compact DSP control and multichannel routing are required.

         

        For output, the Flex HT provides 8 channels of audio duplicated to unbalanced RCA outputs. The processor is designed for audiophile-grade performance with a low noise floor and distortion, including an SNR of 128 dB(A) and THD+N of -111 dB, equal to 0.0003%. It also includes a white/black OLED front panel controller and IR control for convenient operation.

         

        The included UMIK-1 turns this into a practical measurement and tuning bundle. This omni-directional USB measurement microphone is ideal for acoustic measurements, speaker development, room acoustic checks, live sound tuning and high-quality recording. With its unique serial-number-referenced calibration file, it delivers a 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response within ±1 dB when the calibration is loaded.

         

        The UMIK-1 is USB Audio Class 1.0 compliant and works driverlessly with Windows, Mac and Linux. It records at 24-bit / 48 kHz, handles up to 133 dB SPL at 1% THD at 1 kHz, and is recommended for Dirac Live tuning. The microphone kit includes a hard cardboard case, 2 meter USB cable, pivotal mini-stand, microphone clamp and wind screen, making the bundle a complete starting point for multichannel DSP modules setup and calibrated measurement work.
