        The XBS100-4 is designed as a powerful tactile bass shaker for low-frequency performance. With a 4 Ohm nominal impedance, 100 W RMS noise test rating and 500 W long-term maximum power handling, it is made for demanding immersive bass applications. Its rated frequency range of 11 Hz to 1 kHz and 8.2 N/W force sensitivity over 10 Hz to 100 Hz help translate low-frequency effects into physical impact.

         

        The shaker uses a slim, robust construction with a 156 mm outer diameter, 48.5 mm total height and 142.2 mm mounting diameter. An aluminium basket, steel suspension, 114 mm voice coil diameter and four voice coil layers support its high-performance design, while the IP66 rating adds durability for concealed installations.

         

        The included V3 Mono is a compact Class-D monoblock amplifier using a Texas Instruments TPA3255 amplifier chip. It offers RCA input with 25 dB or 31 dB gain selection, balanced XLR input, speaker terminal or banana plug output and auto standby after 10 minutes without signal. The included speaker wire supports a clean installation between the amplifier and shaker. With up to 240 W at 4 Ohm using a 48 V 5 A supply, it is a strong match for a single hidden bass channel in a home cinema system.
