        HiVi Sub10G 1-way sealed active subwoofer with 254 mm professional driver

         

        The HiVi Sub10G is designed to add deep, controlled low-frequency output to home audio and home theater systems. Its sealed active design makes it suitable for reinforcing the bass performance of existing speakers in both multichannel AV setups and stereo hi-fi systems.

         

        At the heart of the Sub10G is a 254 mm professional subwoofer driver powered by a 150 W built-in amplification stage. The system covers a frequency range from 25 Hz to 200 Hz and offers a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 90 dB, helping it deliver low-frequency extension for music, films and other bass-rich content.

         

        The rear panel provides practical controls for system matching. You can adjust subwoofer volume, select normal or low-pass filter operation, set the low-pass frequency from 25 Hz to 150 Hz, switch between audio and video modes, and use the phase control to better align the bass response with the main speakers. Line-level left and right inputs allow connection to sources such as a DVD player, CD player, tuner or an AV amplifier with subwoofer pre-out.

         

        For placement, the Sub10G is recommended near the front left or right corner of the listening area, typically around 0.1 to 1 m from the walls, with final positioning adjusted by listening for the best balance of bass level and clarity. The cabinet combines a piano lacquer front panel with a matte wood grain finish, and measures 325 x 308 x 316 mm with a net weight of 16.6 kg.
