        Beyma 15LEX1600Fe Low Frequency Transducer

         

        The Beyma 15LEX1600Fe is a premium-grade 15” subwoofer transducer designed for extended performance in professional low-frequency systems. Capable of handling 1,600W AES continuous power and 3,200W program power, it delivers impactful, distortion-free bass with a sensitivity of 96 dB (1W/1m) across a wide frequency range of 40–1,500 Hz.

        This transducer features a 4” DUO in/out copper voice coil and a double silicone spider assembly, enabling ±13 mm linear excursion (Xmax) and 60 mm peak-to-peak excursion without damage. The FEA-optimized ceramic magnetic circuit, combined with an aluminium demodulating ring, ensures accurate, high-output performance with reduced harmonic distortion.

        Thermal performance is enhanced with Beyma’s patented Malt Cross® cooling system, which significantly reduces power compression during extended operation. The cone is waterproof and treated on both sides, supported by the exclusive Neck Coupling Reinforcement (NCR) membrane for increased structural durability. Recommended for use in bass-reflex enclosures of 94 liters tuned to 40 Hz, the 15LEX1600Fe is optimized for both direct radiation and band-pass configurations in premium sound systems.
