About the role

As a Logistics Employee, you make sure everything in our warehouse runs smoothly. You process orders, keep our inventory up to date and make sure customers receive exactly what they ordered.
We are looking for someone who does more than just get the job done. You think along with the team, spot opportunities for improvement, share your ideas and help make our logistics processes smarter and more efficient.

What will you do?

• Pick and pack orders
• Carry out inventory counts
• Move and store products
• Keep the warehouse organised and tidy
• Work with logistics systems such as Picqer
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements
• Work together with your colleagues to keep the logistics process running smoothly

A typical workday

You arrive at work, grab a cup of coffee and get ready for the daily stand-up. Together, we discuss the plan for the day. What are the priorities? Which orders need to go out? Who is responsible for which tasks?

Once everything is clear, it is time to start the Pick & Pack process. You collect the orders and products. Every package is a gift, so you make sure each order is packed carefully and securely.

You are having a great time, and before you know it, it is time for another coffee! After a coffee, some chatting and a banana, you are ready to get back to work. Processing new orders, moving products, replenishing stock and making sure everything stays organised.

During lunch, you sit down in the canteen with colleagues from across the organisation. Grab a quick sandwich and maybe play a game of darts. That sounds like a good break.

After a convincing win, you get back to work on the final orders of the day. Before you know it, it is time for the cut-off. Everything is wrapped up neatly, with just enough time to pack that one last package for that one particular customer.

Who are we looking for?

You enjoy working in logistics, take initiative and see what needs to be done. You work accurately, think ahead and like contributing to a great result.

• You preferably have experience in a logistics environment
• You are comfortable working with systems or pick up new software quickly
• You work accurately and in an organised way
• You enjoy being physically active at work
• You are available for 38 hours per week; slightly fewer hours can be discussed
