      ROSSO-8CX250 coaxial loudspeaker driver

       

      The ROSSO-8CX250 is a premium 8-inch coaxial transducer designed to deliver high SPL and clarity in compact loudspeaker systems. Its LF section offers a nominal 250W AES power handling (500W max) and 94 dB sensitivity, covering a frequency range from 70 Hz to 9.2 kHz. The HF unit features a lightweight Kapton former with a ribbon voice coil and PEEK diaphragm, achieving 102 dB sensitivity and extending up to 19.4 kHz.

       

      The common ferrite magnet system ensures precise alignment and thermal efficiency, while the bifilar wound LF voice coil enhances motor symmetry and reduces moving mass. The woofer cone, made from weather-resistant paper reinforced with sisal and manila fibers, is supported by a cloth triple-roll surround for reliable excursion and control. Additionally, a cast aluminum chassis with an integrated HF rear chamber and high-precision horn ensures optimal dispersion and mechanical integrity.

       

      Engineered for rugged performance and clarity, the ROSSO-8CX250 is suitable for stage monitors, portable PA systems, and installed sound solutions that demand compact size without compromising sonic quality.
