      PRV Audio 12MR2000-NDY Professional Mid Range Driver

       

      Engineered for serious audio enthusiasts and pro audio builders, the PRV Audio 12MR2000-NDY is a 12" midrange speaker built to deliver exceptional sound quality, durability, and efficiency. It features a high-efficiency 4" copper voice coil wound on a glass fiber former, capable of handling up to 1000 Watts RMS and 2000 Watts program power.

       

      The neodymium magnet structure provides a powerful magnetic field while keeping weight to a minimum - ideal for portable or touring systems. With a wide frequency response from 55 Hz to 5,500 Hz and 98 dB sensitivity at 2.83V/1m, this driver ensures punchy and detailed midrange reproduction.

       

      Its die-cast aluminum frame and large 573 cm² cone area (Sd) contribute to both durability and performance. With a recommended high-pass crossover at 180 Hz (12 dB/octave), the 12MR2000-NDY integrates seamlessly into multi-way systems, offering a clean and powerful midrange presence in PA systems, line arrays, and custom speaker builds.
