The Dayton Audio KABT-250 amplifier board is a feature-rich solution for DIY wireless audio systems, portable speakers, and embedded smart devices. Powered by a high-efficiency Class D amplifier, it delivers 50 watts per channel in stereo mode or 100 watts in mono bridged mode. With Bluetooth 5.0 and aptX support, users enjoy high-quality, low-latency wireless streaming, while True Wireless Stereo (TWS) capability allows pairing two boards for full stereo separation.
The board features a 12–24 VDC input or can be powered by an external battery (note: it does not include charging functionality). Inputs include 3.5 mm AUX and external line-in, while outputs are configured via onboard headers for flexible wiring. Additional features include gain switching (20 dB or 26 dB), external volume and Bluetooth pairing support, and a PC UI socket for DSP programming via the optional KPX module.
