Using precisely controlled DC pulses to displace the voice coil and cone before performing impedance sweeps, DATS LA systematically captures the impact of excursion on key parameters. A test equipment that looks like a bargain. For a fraction of the price of a professional measuring equipment, you can now also measure all parameters as a function of cone excursion. But it is too good to be true. The equipment has many problems and cannot be recommended.
