The Accuton C158-8-085 is a ceramic bass-midrange driver with a 6.25-inch diameter, designed for use in small bookshelf monitors or slim floorstanding speakers. It features a small and lightweight voice coil with a 25mm titanium former, which provides high resolution in the midrange frequencies. The long excursion design of the driver ensures high SPL capabilities.

In terms of technical specifications, the C158-8-085 has a sensitivity of 87.5 dB, a DC resistance of 8.1 Ohm, and a resonance frequency of 37 Hz. Its equivalent volume of air is 27.3 liters, and it has a mechanical Q of 4.91, an electrical Q of 0.39, and a total Q of 0.36. The effective piston area is 113 cm2, and the moving mass is 12.1 g.
