Tang Band W3-2141 3" Paper Cone Full Range Driver 8 Ohm

Tang Band's versatile W3-2141 full range driver uses an underhung voice coil, which places the entire coil inside the magnetic gap, for the utmost in control and accuracy. Designed for minimum distortion and resonance, the bamboo fiber paper cone and structured surround produces smooth response without harsh peaks or dips. The aluminum phase plug improves off axis response while also acting as a shorting ring providing greater control of the voice coil resulting in lower distortion.

Mine are totally fine. I can recommend a tiny back loaded horn. They are starting to wiggle a little around 12 khz but everything stays + - 4 db in that area

These drivers as mentioned bu others DO have a dip between 3khz and 5khz that you can definitely hear. So if you don't listen to vocals you'll just about be ok. They are also only good on axis, so outside of a desktop set-up these would disappoint.

Bad driver. While THD is low as promissed this driver is in no way a full range. Huge valley from 3kHz to 5kHz and peaky highs. YOU NEED A TWEETER. Also there's a lot more glue on the surround than what's shown on the image and it's sticky, collects a lot of dust.

Wirken auch ohne Dämpfung sehr ausgeglichen. Wie zu erwarten, ist untenrum nicht viel los.

Ik gebruik deze Driver icm een 3D geprinte behuizing, ontworpen door Hexibase. Het model is op Thingiverse te vinden. De versterker is een oude Z-5500 van Logitech. Prestaties zijn uitmuntend.
