        Sure Electronics AA-AB32166 Class D Stereo Amplifier Board

         

        The AA-AB32166 from Sure Electronics is a high-efficiency Class D amplifier module capable of delivering up to 2 × 25W into 8-ohm loads using a 24V DC power supply. Utilizing the TDA7492P chipset, this module is optimized for low power consumption with an idle power of just 0.6W and a standby mode drawing as little as 0.1W. It features a gain of 27 dB and input sensitivity of 625 mV RMS, making it compatible with a wide range of source devices. Designed with integrated overcurrent and overtemperature protections, it ensures long-term reliability in audio systems. A 350 kHz switching frequency and wide bandwidth of 20 Hz to 20 kHz allow full-range sound reproduction with minimal distortion (THD as low as 0.0365% at 1W). The board includes RCA and terminal block inputs, onboard power and mute connectors, and speaker output blocks. Perfect for compact stereo speaker projects, background music systems, or embedded audio applications requiring clean output and energy-efficient operation.
