PRV Audio D4400Ti-Nd Compression Driver
The D4400Ti-Nd from PRV Audio is a professional-grade 2" exit compression driver designed for high-performance applications. At the heart of the driver is a large 4" (101.6 mm) diameter voice coil constructed with copper-clad aluminum wire (CCAW), wound on a lightweight Kapton® former for optimal heat dissipation and durability during extended operation. The high-grade titanium diaphragm provides clean and articulate sound reproduction over a wide frequency range of 1,300 to 17,000 Hz, with a recommended high-pass crossover at 1600 Hz (12 dB/oct) to ensure full power handling.
Weighing just 8.82 lbs (4.00 kg), the D4400Ti-Nd uses a powerful neodymium magnet to maintain high flux density (1.90 T) while minimizing overall weight, making it ideal for touring systems and mobile sound applications. The compact 6.06" overall diameter and standard 4-bolt mounting (M6x4) ensure compatibility with a range of horn flares.
