        FaitalPRO 15HX500 Coaxial Loudspeaker Driver – 8 Ohm Version

         

        The FaitalPRO 15HX500 is a professional coaxial transducer integrating a 15-inch woofer and a 1.4" exit compression driver in a single frame. The LF section features a 77 mm (3 in) copper voice coil on a glass fiber former, handling up to 400 W AES and delivering deep, controlled bass from 40 Hz to 3150 Hz. The HF driver employs a 74 mm (2.91 in) aluminum voice coil with a titanium dome diaphragm and neodymium motor, offering smooth and extended high-frequency response from 500 Hz to 20 kHz.

        With 105 dB sensitivity in the HF and 97 dB in the LF, this coaxial driver is highly efficient and ideal for compact, high-output enclosures in stage monitors, front fills, or portable full-range systems. The integrated design improves phase coherence and reduces enclosure volume requirements, while the 900 Hz recommended crossover point ensures clean, natural transition between LF and HF sections. Its aluminum basket and demodulation ring in the woofer further enhance thermal and mechanical performance.
