Tang Band W4-1320SIF 4" Bamboo Full Range Speaker

Tang Band's W4-1320SIF 4" speaker features a bamboo fiber paper cone with half-roll rubber surround. This optimally damped cone material is rigid, lightweight, and durable. The driver's 18 oz. ceramic ferrite magnet and underhung 1" voice coil do their part to ensure very low 2nd and 3rd order distortion. A machined aluminum phase plug improves high frequency performance, and a strong cast aluminum chassis maintains proper component alignment. Also available in a truncated frame version, the W4-1320SJF.

The bass and midrange are good, but the treble needs some equalization. I put it into a 3D printed cabinet, so it's difficult to say how much the plastic ruins its sound. In that it's not super clean, but for the price it's OK. I use it with my work computer.

Begin april kocht ik 2 tangband w4-1320sjf luidsprekers. Deze werden correct en de dag nadien geleverd, waarvoor dank. Ondertussen werden ze gemonteerd in een FAST samen met mijn peerless sls8 subs. Na een paar dagen inspelen klinken ze nu helder, gedetailleerd en neutraal. Dus zeer goed en aangenaam. Een echte aanrader!!! mvg, Johan

Really good fullrange speaker. Sounds surprisingly great in a 3L bassreflex housing, with a solid bass for this mall size. I use it also as monitor speakers for mixing because of the natural sound

I had one pair under name CSS (=same speaker) ain in 6.5 litres bass reflex box it sounds great. You won't believe that sound comes from so small box. I did not make that box myself - I brought them from ValeriaBond, in Moldova :) Now I have to order 2 more pairs. They will replace my olde B&O CX-boxes. I also will try how they perform as an open baffle lowed to distant use whit separate bass box. ...

Super Lautsprecher, sehr angenehmer und natürlicher Klang, etwas zurück haltent. Habe den Lautsprecher in einen Transmissionsgehäuse als Surround im Einsatz.
