Tang Band's compact TX1-1815SM speaker module uses a 1" aluminum dome driver and oval shaped passive radiator installed in a sleek oval shaped enclosure to produce detailed full-range response with extended low frequencies. Tang Band TX1-1815SM Oval Full-Range Speaker Module | 89 x 38 mm

The TX1-1815SM speaker module from Tang Band is built around a passive radiator assisted, damped aluminum 31 mm inverted dome driver. Capable of accurate and detailed response from 120 to 20,000 Hz, this speaker module is the easiest way to give incredible audio capability almost any small project. Thanks to the modern oval shaped enclosure and integrated grill, the TX1-1815SM can be easily installed into projects and speaker designs without the need for extra protection.

Tang Band's line of patented speaker modules are designed for modern audio applications such as sound bars, desktop multimedia speakers, flat panel tv speakers, and portable audio systems. Don't let Tang Band's diminutive driver modules fool you; each is built with a passive radiator that extends midbass frequency response, allowing these to mate to a subwoofer system quite easily.

Note: Tang Band recommends the use of a 2nd order (-12 dB/octave) 100 Hz high pass filter for the best possible sound. Higher power handling and output is possible through the use of multiple modules.
