      The PRV Audio 10W650A is built for precision and endurance, featuring an 8-ohm impedance and a sensitivity rating of 97 dB at 1W/1m. Its lightweight yet rigid cone (415 cm²) is driven by a 2.5" diameter copper-clad aluminum wire (CCAW) voice coil wound on a high-temperature Kapton former, allowing it to handle up to 325W RMS and 650W program power without thermal breakdown.

       

      With a frequency response of 75–5,500 Hz and a high Qms of 16.34, the 10W650A excels in both tight bass reproduction and efficient transient response. The robust frame is stamped steel, coupled with a ferrite magnet system for long-term reliability. Mechanical excursion (Xmax) is rated at 4.5 mm, and the total depth of the unit is 120 mm, making it suitable for compact enclosure designs. This model is ideal for use in professional audio cabinets, stage monitors, or high-output DIY speaker projects where efficiency, performance, and reliability are key.
