      PRV Audio 10MB800FT Professional Mid Bass Driver

       

      The PRV Audio 10MB800FT mid-bass driver offers outstanding performance for applications requiring punchy and articulate midbass response. It features a 10” (254 mm) diameter and an 8-ohm impedance, capable of handling 400 Watts of continuous power and up to 800 Watts program power.

       

      This driver is engineered with an inside-outside CCAW voice coil that measures 2.5” (65 mm), supported by a die-cast aluminum frame for mechanical stability. A high-efficiency sensitivity rating of 99 dB @ 2.83V/1m allows it to deliver high SPL even with moderate amplifier power. Its frequency response of 65 – 5300 Hz makes it highly versatile for both mid-bass and vocal reproduction in 2-way or 3-way systems.

       

      Mechanical features include a 3.5 mm Xmax, glass fiber cone, and cloth surround. With a mounting depth of just 4.09” (104 mm), it fits easily into most enclosures. The total weight is 11.90 lbs (5.4 kg), making it robust without being overly heavy. This driver excels in high-output mobile audio systems, professional PA setups, and other demanding speaker applications.
