      The Jantzen Audio 001-7237 Amber Z-Cap is a testament to the pursuit of high-fidelity audio, delivering a 3.9µF capacitance with a precise ±5% tolerance, designed for the discerning audiophile's passive crossover. This 200V non-polarized capacitor is crafted with the finest pure copper foil, ensuring a superior sound experience with minimal distortion. Its innovative four-layer tubular construction and specialized winding technique result in extremely low equivalent series resistance (ESR) and self-inductance, which translates to a faster response and clearer audio reproduction. The dielectric is a premium polypropylene film, and the contacts are non-inductive zinc thermally sprayed onto the extended film. Housed in a copper-colored anodized aluminum tube with bronze plastic tape wrapping, the Amber Z-Cap ensures stability and durability. The leads are tin-plated, oxygen-free pure copper, offering excellent conductivity. Specifically designed for the tweeter and mid-range sections of passive crossovers, it can also be used as a coupling capacitor for transistor amplifiers. With a temperature range of -55°C to +85°C and outstanding dielectric absorption factor, the Amber Z-Cap stands out as a high-end component for any premium audio setup.
