      The Jantzen Audio 000-9033 Wax Coil is an exceptional crossover component designed to elevate audio systems with its meticulous engineering and robust construction. Crafted with Electrolytic-Tough-Pitch (ETP) copper foil, certified C11000 / IACS, it guarantees a vast and efficient surface for electron flow, significantly reducing distortion and enhancing sound clarity. The coil's special paraffin wax impregnation, a product of Jantzen Audio's unique development process, not only preserves the copper foil but also maintains the coil's windings' integrity for an extended period. This innovative approach ensures no air pockets are trapped within, while also offering a higher temperature resistance than natural waxes like beeswax. With an inductance value of 0.33 mH and a low DCR of 0.04 Ω, the Wax Coil maintains an impressive inductance tolerance of +/- 2% and a resistance tolerance of +/- 5%, putting it at the forefront of crossover components.
