      The Jantzen Audio 000-8175 Wax Coil is a paragon of audio crossover components, designed to elevate the performance of high-fidelity speaker systems. Crafted with an Electrolytic-Tough-Pitch (ETP) copper foil, this coil boasts a certified C11000 / IACS rating that ensures superior electron travel and minimizes distortion. Encased in a special paper insulation and impregnated with a unique paraffin wax, it guarantees the prevention of air pockets and sustains a higher temperature tolerance than natural waxes. This meticulous construction results in an inductance of 2.7mH with a tight tolerance of +/- 2%, and a direct current resistance (DCR) of just 0.34Ω with a tolerance of +/- 5%.
