      The Jantzen Audio 000-5481 is a meticulously engineered iron core coil designed for use in high-fidelity audio systems, particularly in the bass and mid sections of speaker crossovers. Featuring a 1.2mH inductance with a low direct current resistance (DCR) of just 0.173 ohms, this coil ensures that the damping factor of the driver remains uncompromised, allowing for efficient power transfer and minimal efficiency loss. Constructed with 18 AWG high-purity copper wire wound around a Permite core, it offers excellent power handling capabilities, determined by the core/disc size and wire thickness.
