      This Jantzen Audio 000-1238 Air Core Coil falls under the category of Crossover Components Air Core Coils. It is crafted with high-purity Grade 1B copper wire, carefully "baked" into the perfect shape to deliver a distortion-free inductor suitable for all audio applications. Its modern self-supporting design eliminates the need for plastic bobbins, making it both efficient and environmentally friendly. The coil is covered with an enameled copper wire that is effortlessly solderable thanks to its self-bonding topcoat, class 155, in accordance with the IEC 60317-35 and DIN EN 60317-35 standards. With an inductance of 8.2mH and a resistance of 1.78Ω, the coil achieves a low inductance tolerance of +/-3%, ensuring a consistent and reliable audio experience.
