The wire is grade 1B copper, coated with polyurethane and an aliphatic polyamide bond coat for durability. The coil offers a low inductance tolerance of +/-3%, ensuring precise audio output. Its modern, self-supporting design eliminates the need for plastic bobbins, making it a more environmentally-friendly choice. The wire is class 155, according to IEC 60317-35, DIN EN 60317-35, and is solderable with a self-bonding topcoat.
