      FaitalPRO HF106 High-Frequency Compression Driver – 8 Ohm Version

       

      The FaitalPRO HF106 is a high-efficiency 1” exit compression driver delivering exceptional clarity, output, and control in the high-frequency range. Its 44 mm (1.73 in) aluminum voice coil on a Kapton former handles 60 W AES and up to 120 W peak, while offering a wide frequency range from 1.3 kHz to 20 kHz. This makes it suitable for both two-way and three-way systems where a low crossover point and high output are essential.

      Built around a lightweight neodymium ring magnet, the HF106 generates an impressive 2.1 T of flux density. The annular diaphragm and phase plug configuration ensure smooth and detailed high-frequency reproduction with excellent phase coherence. Weighing just 1.1 kg and with a depth under 60 mm, it integrates well into compact horns and cabinet designs where performance must be maximized within a limited space.
