The Dayton Audio line of 2-way crossovers were designed using a second order (12 dB/octave) Linkwitz-Riley alignment. Dayton Audio metallized polyester film capacitors are used in both the high and low-pass sections. A unique design feature of the low-pass section allows use of 4 or 8 ohm woofers, perfect for building D'Appolito style or multi woofer 2-way systems. The high pass crossover frequency is rated for an 8 ohm load. All components are glued or fastened down to eliminate buzzing and vibrations. The high quality blue PC board uses a back plate for added rigidity and eyelet holes for easy mounting. Available in a variety of crossover points. 300W power handling. Board measures: 6-1/2 W x 4-1/4 H x 1-3/8 D.

Van sommige artikelen is de prijs aan de hoge kant. Soms zie ik bijv. Dezelfde speakers ergens anders voor tientallen euro's minder. Dat is een groot verschil. De scheidingsfilters die ik heb gekocht waren goed en niet duur.

In 1986 kocht ik Magnat 3-weg speakers 100/150 watt nominaal. Al een paar jaar vond ik het geluid wat teruggetrokken, behalve de bassen, maar daar moet je niet teveel van hebben in een flatwoning. Na lang researchen besloot ik deze Dayton Audio 2-weg crossover te bestellen voor 1 speaker, om niet meteen teveel geld uit te geven voor het geval ik niet tevreden ben. De Dayton overlapt precies de Hz frequenties van de woofer en een nieuwe tweete...

Great sound quality!!! I've used this crossover in my centre speaker and the crisp clear sound is exactly what I was after, the vocals are also much better and it almost feels like it has brought my system to life with how good the sound is!

I just installed these Two Crossovers in my Floorstanding Loudspeakers (Two Way). The Crossovers are very good. The sound is Clean, very smooth, and detailed. But for a FEW MORE EUROS I would Prefer also a second order Crossover (12db/Oct) but with more Specified Components, I mean with more expensive Components, like Polipropylene SCR or SOLEN Capacitors. I mention these two brands because are the two brands with better relation Price-...
