      The Beyma CD-101Fe-PT is a compact, lightweight 1” compression driver designed for high-efficiency high-frequency reproduction. Built with Deplocex® and VPEQ® technologies, it combines excellent thermal handling with linear frequency response in a highly compact footprint, making it ideal for portable and space-constrained audio systems.

      Beyma CD-101Fe-PT Compression Driver

       

      The Beyma CD-101Fe-PT is a next-generation 1” exit compression driver engineered for clear, extended, and consistent high-frequency response in compact loudspeaker designs. It features a 1.1” copper-clad aluminum voice coil paired with a FEM-optimized advanced polyester annular ring diaphragm. This combination delivers an excellent transient response and reduced harmonic distortion across its wide 2 – 20 kHz frequency range. The CD-101Fe-PT is equipped with Beyma’s Deplocex® technology for enhanced thermal dissipation and reduced power compression, while the VPEQ® system ensures linearity throughout its working range. The driver handles 80 W program power and offers 108 dB sensitivity (1W/1m), making it suitable for low-power but high-clarity applications such as portable PA, nearfield monitors, and compact line arrays. Its ceramic magnet structure provides a magnetic flux density of 1.4 T and a Bl factor of 2.3 N/A, delivering efficient electromagnetic performance. The unit is extremely compact and lightweight, measuring just 90.4 mm in diameter and 55 mm in depth, and weighing only 0.5 kg. Mounting is versatile with three M5 threaded holes (120º apart on a 57 mm diameter circle) and two additional M5 holes (180º apart on a 76.2 mm circle), ensuring compatibility with a range of horns and enclosures. The CD-101Fe-PT is an excellent solution for designers needing precision and performance in a compact compression driver format.
