      Beyma 15P80Nd Low Frequency Transducer

       

      The Beyma 15P80Nd is a lightweight yet robust 15” subwoofer built for high-output, wide-range low-frequency applications. It offers 800W AES-rated power handling and 1,600W program power, delivering tight, responsive bass with remarkable 101 dB sensitivity (1W/1m). Designed for maximum SPL and efficiency, this driver is ideal for compact bass-reflex systems and multi-purpose full-range speaker enclosures.

      The motor system uses a neodymium magnet optimized via FEA (finite element analysis) to ensure low distortion and high magnetic performance. A 4” DUO in/out copper voice coil provides excellent thermal dissipation and power control, supported by forced air convection to minimize power compression. With a moving mass of just 0.098 kg and a Bl factor of 23.8 N/A, it offers fast transient response and dynamic low-end.

      The weatherproof cone—treated on both sides—along with the durable CONEX spider supports long-lasting performance even under intensive conditions. The driver achieves ±7.5 mm linear excursion (Xmax) and a 52 mm mechanical excursion limit, making it suitable for subwoofer applications with deep excursion demands. Recommended for enclosures around 75 liters tuned to 59 Hz, the 15P80Nd performs well in systems requiring both depth and punch.
