      Beyma 12P80NdV2 Low Frequency Transducer

       

      The Beyma 12P80NdV2 is a powerful and efficient 12-inch woofer from the P80 Series, engineered for low-frequency applications requiring strong performance in a compact format. Featuring a 4” DUO double-layer in/out aluminum voice coil and neodymium magnetic structure, this transducer delivers 700 W AES (1,400 W program) power handling with an impressive sensitivity of 100 dB (1W/1m). Designed for bass-reflex enclosures (recommended 40 liters, tuned to 72 Hz), the 12P80NdV2 operates effectively in the 50 Hz to 4,000 Hz range. Its mechanical performance is optimized for linear excursion, with ±7.5 mm Xmax and a peak-to-peak damage excursion of 52 mm. The weather-treated cone on both sides ensures durability even in challenging environments. Its low distortion and minimal power compression make it an excellent choice for high-output live sound systems, compact subwoofers, and demanding stage monitors. Despite its high performance, it maintains a manageable weight of 5.6 kg and shallow depth (132 mm), simplifying integration into portable and fixed installations.
