      Mini Gold Plated Insulated 5-Way Binding Post Banana Jack Set 2 Red 2 Black

       

      Five-way binding posts are preferred by audiophiles for speaker cable termination due to the ability to use just about any type of connector, or even bare wire! This set of four miniature insulated binding posts (two red, two black) are scaled down in size for use in applications where a standard binding post just won't fit, without sacrificing binding post features.

       

      An 18 mm overall diameter allows for close chassis placement, while the two-piece insulation grommet guards against accidental binding post grounding. The top banana plug entry section is removable for the use of ring terminals, while the 5-way design also allows for the use of fork terminals, spade terminals, speaker pins and, of course, bare wire up to 8 AWG.

       

      A 0.205" interior male disconnect offers quick connection to a 0.205" female disconnect, or for direct solder-on connection. For insulated chassis mounting, a 6.35mm hole is required. A 6.35mm mounting nut is included. Overall height is 3.18cm (including the mounting stud).
