      These hard to find M3 x 16 mm cap head self-tapping wood screws are the easiest way to give your speaker projects a professional look. Cap head screws are popular for speaker building because the head is smaller than normal which prevents damage to the front gasket and surround. Additionally, these screws accept a 2.5 mm hex (Allen) bit, which holds tighter to the screw than Phillips or flat heads, almost eliminating the dreaded screwdriver slip that is all too common when tightening down drivers.

       

      Dimensions: • 4.8 mm diameter head x 15.9 mm long threads • Accepts 2.5 mm hex (Allen) bit.
